Teach your child how to swim

Yes, as long as you don’t have a  fear of the water that you would transfer to your child, not only can you teach them but you can  create precious memories and connection with them as you do. Once your child has gone  through this course work if they still want to continue then you could send them off to a local  swim clinic or Swimteam to perfect their strokes.

That all depends on you, your child and their age, and your access to  a pool. Some kids go through these steps rather quickly, others can take a season or two.  Remember this is not a race, you want your child to develop a lifelong love for the water and a  connection with you!

Yes! Parenting doesn’t always come easy and  sometimes we struggle to find ways to interact and relate to our young children. This will teach  you ways that you can connect that will carry outside of the pool into your everyday life.

Remember this is not a race, this is about joining with your child and accomplishing a goal together. You are the leader, but your working together. If you find yourself getting frustrated stop the lesson for the day and just enjoy each other for a few minutes before getting out of the pool so you end on a happy note!

That is the plan, if this is successful we will be adding more courses to continue the process of becoming a swimmer. As well as teaching adults.
